I like the sound of the engine building up power as it starts to move.
Reminds me of my American Flyer train set with steam engine on Christmas morning back in the mid 50's. For the smoke, oil was dropped in the stack. I had two engines, one with three wheels and one with two wheels. I kept them until about 10 years ago. (I could never rationalize a Lionel with THREE tracks.)
Here is one like my favorite engine.
