Hi, I own two RTi 12 for my home theater but the one on the right side isn't producing any high pitch sound and the speaker sound is not as clear as the one on the left. I thought it might caused by the broken dynamic balance on the right speaker? Any suggestion will help and also where can I buy replacement parts?
Steve

I would double check your wiring on the speaker and whatever is powering them. If that's ok, swap the wiring between the speakers. If it follows the wiring, it's bigger than the speakers....if not, time to break out a screwdriver.

I had a similar problem turned out I pushed in the
Banana plug to far into the amp and no contact was being made.

Sure, it may be an issue of wiring. Better check that one first. It's usually the problem.

Steve, most likely it's a connection leading to your speaker. What I would suggest is isolating the issue before you go and order some parts. Are the wires in phase? Are all connections solid? As mentioned before, swap the speakers or the wiring leading to both speakers and nothing else to see if the issue follows the speaker. Make sure that the gold jumper has a good, solid footing. Especially on the speaker in question.
