godd sub to replace my velodyne dps 12

i will need to make a pretty long run from the reciever to the sub, any suggestions on what type of cable i need to buy best bang for the buch im trying to keep this as cheap as possible im lucky the wife is letting me get the sub

another question for my main speakers they are bi-wired what is a good speaker wire to use, i've heard that the type of wire makes a difference in the sound quality. as again i dont want to spend a fortune on cables, also i have to make a 15 ft run from my reciever to my tv any ideas there?tyler birch
