I was just wondering if anybody has purchased from Electronics Expo? If so, what has your experience been.

Thanks,
Kenny

I have. They're ok by any standand. Make sure you haggle real hard.
    I bought a Denon dvd-2930ci and a Denon dvd-3930ci there.
I saved alot of money by pretending to know more than the sales person and undercutting their prices.

Thanks for the reply. I have one more question and am not sure if anybody will no but it's worth asking. Is it true that Electronics Expo is only an authorized online dealer if purchased in NY/NJ?

They have a good price on LSi15 but I live in TX and would prefer an authorized purchase.

I bought my CSI A4 from them. I forget what I paid but I think it was about $100 off MSRP. I live in NJ so I just drove and picked it up.

Their jersey stores don't carry the LSI series. They have to be ordered.
In regards to your question, call them and find out.

I was looking at some LSI F/X they have listed on ebay. Auction said they had 52 available but in reality they had zero. They had to order them "from Polk".

I ended up ordering a pair of LSi15s at 40% off of MSRP. I only saw them in the Amazon Marketplace. The following day I noticed that Electronics Expo was no longer selling the LSi15s, so I am hoping I got one of their last pairs. Although, I have not received any shipping information. Item condition was stated as new, so I hope it was not a floor model. Although, I was a little bummed when I noticed Polk placed a pair of refurbs on Ebay within 12 hours of my order being placed. Thanks for the additional information.

I don't remember them ever selling polks. Last time I was in there on rt206, they carried mostly off brand stuff or lower end. It wasn't a bad store just weird.

I've purchased most of my equipment here and had no problems they matched the J&R prices and they have a better return policy. Usually good prices on older stuff. I've purchased my LSi15's for $1000 last year there and my Denon 3805 for $500....

I first found them when I was searching on the Internet for my Center. It was on their website but when I called the store the girl said they aren't on the floor so when I get there tell them to look in the back.

Sorry, I made a mistake. It wasn't Electronics Expo that I was looking at the F/Xs. I was looking at a blu-ray player there.
