Pa1200.1 problems (help)

I have a pa1200.1 and a 250.2 in my new montecarlo. The 250.2 is running good to my mids while the 1200.1 has no output and the light is yellow. I have tested all wires and eveything has12v. And same good ground as the other amp. This is second 1200.1 that's done this straight out the box. Please help. Any comments would help :mad:
