AQ G-Snake for Subwoofer or long run to 2nd zone?

Is $1/ft of unterminated bulk Audioquest G-Snake a good deal?
There's some on the bay (hundreds of feet avail in spools).

How about the quality of the cable itself-is it ideally suited for subwoofer duty?
What about for a longer run from the pre to an amp for a unpowered 2nd zone? (note the 2nd zone would like be outdoor/non-audiophile level)

Audioquest makes fantastic cables. I swear by them. At all levels. I use Ita 1.1 for my sub and would use it for a zone 2 amp. Audiophile or not. It's a good quality cable. the G-snake is also a good quality cable which is about the same as the Ita 1.1.

You need to have the ends and the correct tool to stripe the wire. Correct termination is key to the overall quality of any cable. Screw that up and it doesn't matter how good the cable is.

    Oh wait a minute-the bulk G-Snake for $1/ft is back-must have been a hiccup.

What special tool is required for this type cable?

Is the Copperhead worth 3 times as much as the G-Snake?

I use a 12' pair of G-Snake for my Dynaudio Sub20A. I am happy with it, better than my *onster brand.
