    And a suggestion that I think I am leaning towards.
    So I went to the local shops today and looked at some Euro speakers. The ones that caught my eye were Elac, Magnat and Mordaunt-Short. The Mordaunt-Short Mezzos were particularly nice and there are some good reviews. Strange cone design, but they look good. Anyone familiar?

    No first hand knowledge but have heard well of Mordaunt Short, they've been around awhile. As a price reference for you the Mezzo 6 goes for around $1500.00/pair the Mezzo 2 around $800. Looks like the going price in England would be around $1100 US for the Mezzo 6 so it looks like you might get some deals there if you like the sound. Just have to get them back to the states. How much weight do they allow for your rank when you PCS these days?

    i dunno...i am up to 17,000 or so now. I have never used it all, even when I moved 5 motorcycles in my household goods.
    I read that review...I am going to be checking into them a bit more. They look pretty good...and they have the Mezzo 8s out now:D

    Doesn't sound like getting anything back will be any problem.:D
    I'd say audition some of the Mordaunt Short's and if you like,:) go for it:D

    It looks like if you have them for a while and decide to change, you could probably sell them here in the states and come close to breaking even.
