1200.1 trouble

recently i installed the polk 1200.1 and 400.2 , i have some engine noise through the tweets, and the monoblock amp light looks to be yellow , not red not green. It has not been hooked up to anything untill i tested it to a subwoofer and there is no output. I already re-ran RCA thinking the engine noise was coming from there, but more importantly is the big amp not working. please help thanks
