Whats up all?
I was reading this thread over in avs and found it to be Intresting. As alot of you know, I have been searching for the "right" preamp for me.
I figured if anyone was looking for a current model preamp, this is a cool read.

Since when did audio become difficult?CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

The B&K is looking good. I really wish NAD would speed up with their Master series they are not going to have it out till the 1st part of the new year, I would have liked to hear their opion with that in the mix.

That depends on your point of view. This time around, I want a preamp that covers my needs. Logically I want something better then what I have now and want it to last a couple years.
Difficult? For me everything I buy is. I have to test it, run with it, walk around with it, smell it a few times, see it in different lighting, etc.
I'm Difficult, not the audio.

Thanks Dan for the lead to a great thread. I have my LSi's in boxes while I shop for a preamp for them. Good luck in your search.
