I recently noticed that my speakers were sounding off. A little trial and error and I realized that the stereo tweeter in my right channel speaker was not working. It is not blown as I switched it out with the dimesional speaker that is working and it worked in it's place. It seems to me that there must be some sort of crossover problem. Any suggestions of other things to check?

First, I would check all the connections between the tweeter and the crossover. Then all the connections on the crossover. Just see if anything is loose or came off.

The SDA I use fuses for tweeter protection. Check the fuses and clean the fuse holders.
