Forget SDAs, you are in the land of the almighty R34 GT-R! Let's see one of those in your garage!
BTW, LOVE the house!"People sleep peaceably in their beds at night only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf." George Orwell -

Is there insulation in the ceiling? I rmember our rental east of Kadena in the 90s. Not a bit of fiberglass or anything. The electric bill was awesome.

Congrats.
BenPlease. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks

Theater Room is 14x22 overall. I plan to rent the house out when I leave. The military guys get huge allowances here to live off post, with higher ranks and teachers averaging around 35-4500 a month, I plan to cash in on some of that. House is single story because the property is rather large, plus its different. Everything in Japan is built up so I wanted something different. Screen size is Carada Criterion 126inch Brilliant White Material. I'd love to host a Polk Fest, and the theater seats are here, just waiting on customs to release them, which sux. There's no coke in the seats, so I dont get the hold up. I had to import the seating from Berkline.Shoot the jumper.....................BALLIN.............!!!!!
