Anyone going to CEDIA Expo in Denver next month?

This will be my third trek to the expo since opening the custom installation business. I know there are few Polkies in Colorado, but I never seem to have time to make for visits. This will be the last year in Denver for now, and will be in Atlanta next year. At least it will be a reasonable drive for me then.
As usual, I'll take a few pics of cool stuff and post what I see. If you have requests of what you would like to see, let me know, and I'll get a pic as I walk the show floor.

Front projection, 2 channel, car audio... life is good! -
Wish I could attend the event. See if you can get your eye on Sony's new toy. Should be interesting to see in action and the price point isnt bad at all for those wanting to get into front projection.

This should be a good year for projectors in general. Here is what you should be saving for: http://www.wolfcinema.com/
Price points that start in the mid 50's, and will probably level off in the 200's.
My points of interest for this year will be video servers, surround processors, flat panel displays, projectors, and new offerings from my current vendors. Escient and VUDU will be at the top of my list.
I'm pretty set on speakers, as I've added Vienna Acoustics, REL, and Dali recently, but I'll take pics here and there. I'm also set on automation, so I'll just be taking a look at Control4's new offerings.
I'm not overly interested in HTPC's, other than an established video server line. At this point, media centers are just not reliable enough to put in a customer's home for me. I've used a Mac Mini with a reasonable amount of success, but that has even troublesome at times.Man I should go. Its been years since I've been to Cedia.
Dan, I've found that the Expo is more beneficial for relationships that anything. It is great to see new gear, and take classes focused for this industry, but the relationships I've gained from the trips has been invaluable. Let me know if you decide to come this year or next.Tschüss

Hey, I'm going. I'm attending officially as press, and covering it for work (sort of, long story). I'll only be there (at the expo) starting at noon on Thursday, then through noon on Friday (then flying back to Raleigh).
I'm open for beers (oh yeah, and steak) Thursday night! I'll see if I can pry into any "press only" secrets.

Its too bad you can't stay longer. I do have plans for most of Thursday evening, but might be able to swing lunch Thurs or Fri if you there. I'll PM you my contact info.Tschüss
