What kind of head unit do you have and what is your top volume?

You say 30, is 100 the top or 30 is the top volume?

I have a pioneer deck and the top volume is 62 but if I keep it below thirty the tweeters dont go out. it never did that with my old tweeters.

I would swap that deck out with a alpine. I think that its preout amp is going on it how old is the deck. I went with pioneer once than turned to apline and will never go back.
