Fried iSonic ES2?

I purchased a new, in-the sealed-box, i-Sonic ES2 from a Tweeter in Nashua on Saturday. On Sunday, I smelled a faint odor of electronics from the unit, which went away by evening. This morning, the audio (speakers) cut out entirely. Aux-out was working (I have it hooked up to a set of speakers in our bathroom via an ABus in-wall amp), but neither the alarm nor any audio source would play from the speakers.

Anyone else experience this? I love the HD radio reception of the unit, but obviously, I need to either return or replace the unit, as it isn't very useful in its current condition....

you buy a stuff for money and they cut of in 2 days , very good , but you still come and ask here that WILLY YOU RETURN IT OR NOT ? You have the perfect right to through it in their face man , it is worthed money , not free.

Now listen to this , i have brought a Alteck Lensing woofers soem time ago at past and they got diapragm cut out at 2 months , i had warrenty on that and when i went to replace the item they said i had " i aint have the rights to do this as i have made physical damage !!! "

Man those woofers cost me $230 , that wasnt a joke what makes me angry when some one talks about new product getting workless.

    Hello,
I would imagine Tweeter would exchange the unit for you with no problems. If, for some reason, you do have difficulties telephone us at 1-800-377-7655 and we can help you directly.
    Regards, Ken
