    You and your family are in our prayers. My only advice that has not been given is to try to make sure aunts, uncles, grandparents and relatives from that side of the family stay involved with him.

    I somewhat understand your pain as my daughter-in-law lost her younger sister (22) to an accidental mixture of prescribed drugs. This is happening alot lately, and it's something we all need to be careful about. God bless brotha. Give your son plenty of opportunity to talk this out, he's gonna need to vent and express his feelings. From every death comes hundreds of good things, later down the road--I think it's God's tribute to their life and impact on the rest of us.

    Wow...Sorry for your (and his) loss. You sound like a stand up guy that will do everything he can to take care of his son. While you both may be grieving (and for a long time perhaps), at least he has a dad as good as you to take care of him through all of this. Relish the time you have together, and definitely don't be afraid to take him back to a therapist as needed. There is no shame in it at all...

    Does he like airplanes? I got a million big books with all kinds of great pictures and stuff about fighter jets, etc.

    I'm so sorry to hear of your tragedy. My family are praying for your son and you and will keep you in our daily dinner prayers also.

    God Bless and Comfort both of you during this trying time. Don't let this shake his faith because when he come out the other side of this he will be amazed how much stronger and closer to the Lord he will be.
