Two guys that have been members here for a total of about 20 minutes, telling people to shut up and what not.

Anybody really question what's wrong with this place?

PC, have you talked with FedEx? If not, when the shipper files the claim they will most likely call you. Like I said, I'm going thru the same thing with UPS right now. 11 days so far.

Contact Polk (if you haven't already) then sit back, relax and wait. Polk will NOT leave you hanging. Fed EX is pretty good as far as carriers go, so they will be on top of it (as much as possible).

If you take some of the frustration and attitude you show in this thread with Polk or FedEx that would not be a good thing. It's not Polk's fault, but it is their responsibility to get the ball rolling.

    Good luck

    H9

I will sit back but I Have to call FedEx today.

Lord it's in your hands....... Please forgive me for my anger.

What address did Fed-Ex say that they delivered the package too?

I think someone on this thread is pulling our collective leg.

Empty barrels make the most noise.

Seriously. What I would do is to find out the exact location they delivered the package to and knock on that door. If you get a representative to where you couldn't understand the answer, ask to speak with the manager on duty. The whole point of the call is to verify what address they delivered the package too.

At least you have a case # now. That's a step in the right direction. ;)

Maybe PC received the drivers, but wants some free ones too? Does he think If he starts a big enoughs stink perhaps Polk will break and send him free ones?

Seems to me this could be a good possibility given his laziness to seek answers.

if they think I stole them they are welcome to examine my 1.2's and my apartment. I would even take a lie detection test. I don't have any thing to hide. it's a disgrace to God to do something like that.

Sorry George, didn't realize I had to be a member for over a year with 1k+ posts to try and be peaceful and stick up for a guy

And if you think I am telling people to "shut up" or I am being a dick, then look back at my other menial 140 posts and see my behavior. You will notice I am on these forums to learn and enjoy audio to the max, not cause problems or stir up fights. Anyway, I don't want this to turn into anything more than it has to be, cause its not. But at the same time, I don't want people taking weak shots at me either. Hopefully, nobody takes this post the wrong way either.

How dare I? Is that a threat? What would God say about that? My comments are rooted in fact from years of experience with human nature. If they offend you then refer to Russman's previous post.

Frankly, your inability to find meaningful answers to this problem coupled with your references to God make you suspect in my mind. I'm not saying my suspicions are true, but I am saying either you want to give the appearance of decency or you are just inept.

    Thanks,

    Gotta get back to work.

Clyde. I don't really understand this post, but just want to say. I'm not here to start trouble. Your story and conduct just reminds me of my own past experiences both professionally and private with shady buyers. My jobs out of college have made me incredibly suspicious of people and their motives.

I hope you get your drivers back.

Glad I am not the only cynic on here. I always question the motives of low post count members who threaten legal action after a company doesn't solve their problem in 1 business day.

I am also curious why this topic needs multiple threads, was the other thread not sufficient, as you didn't seem to take any of the advice given in it.

Gaara I said legal advice not action. I just wanted to know what my rights are.Advice not action there's a difference between the two. I'm communicating with Helen of Polk out of Cali via phone and e-mails. I'm going sit back and wait on her call while she look into this. I didn't mean to offend any one here or at the polk corporation.
