Drug agents don't seek out the loser standing on the corner lighting up a joint. They seek the big fish.

Totally disagree with the legalization of pot for an income stream. Cut spending, cut entittlements, rework the pension plans to be on par with the private sector. Making the state into the new drug lord is not the answer. This comming from a state that wants to outlaw Happy meals but legalize pot....put the bong down for a second...geez.

I did put it down, in High School, but the fact is millions of people are funding the drug cartels. Prohibition doesn't work. Time for a reality check. Why send the money to Mexico? Aren't we spending enough on Mexicans already?

Unfortunately, Arnold just signed an executive order to reduce pay by 15% to much of the State's employees. There goes my plan to get some of those Monitor Series II speakers :(

What I don't get is why the exemptions ? If your gonna do it across the board,do it all.
If they don't tackle the big money, entittlements,pensions...then all those nickels they plan to save won't amount to a hill of beans and the state will still be in debt for years to come. Penny wise and dollar foolish.

I had some legitimate questions regarding the legalizing of pot in CA, but,....
I think I'll just stick to my signature;)
