Pioneer VSX-92TXH Questions

This is for the owners, if any, here.

Question 1: Does this rcvr. have tone control? i.e. bass/treble?

Question 2: IF yes, is it on the remote?

I'm looking to buy one, and I don't have the ability to 'play' w/ one at the store locally. And the product sheet doesn't give that info.

    yes the reciever have tone/ treble,bass, ect. there is not a button on the remote for just treble or bass. depending on the setting you are using 2 channel for example you hit set up after hitting Direct or Stereo and select bass or treble but in HT. you have to hit setup ,go to x curver for treble and bass curve to ajust how low you want the bass to go or high ect.

    The receiver has a Automatic Mcacc calibration which you don't have to Bass and trebble it.. Thats old school but as said it can be done.

    The 92 is a good receiver. I perfer it over most.

    Thanks guys. That nailed the purchase for me. Not 'critical' that it's on the remote, but I just wanted to make sure I could adjust the bass if need be.
    I just have to go get it.

    It's more like a graphic equalizer and yes it can be set manually with the remote and a gui on the tv or on the face of the unit.
