Oh crap!!
I made the mistake of looking at my Lsi25's today. The front speaker cover on one was showing plastic on the right side, about an inch long where the cloth had pulled away from the frame. It's also starting to pull away in a different spot. I know that is nothing major, but it's like finding a tear on your new sofa, Just kills the mood abit. Anyone else have this issue, or am I the only lucky ducky?? The other speaker cover is perfect. Looks like a call to customer service is my next step.

I have an LSi15 whose speaker "cloth" has come partially unglued at the top, in the center. It is still attached at both top edges so it has not unraveled. If possible, when you check with support can you find out what a new cover costs? Thanks.
Interestingly, I also have a pair of SDA2s that I bought in the late 80s. Within a few years the side panels on both speakers came detached. You can see that they were simply glued on with one meandering, like a snake, trail of glue on each side.Lumin X1 file player, Westminster Labs interconnect cable
Sony XA-5400ES SACD; Pass XP-22 pre; X600.5 amps
Magico S5 MKII Mcast Rose speakers; SPOD spikes
Shunyata Triton v3/Typhon QR on source, Denali 2000 (2) on amps
Shunyata Sigma XLR analog ICs, Sigma speaker cables
Shunyata Sigma HC (2), Sigma Analog, Sigma Digital, Z Anaconda (3) power cables
Mapleshade Samson V.3 four shelf solid maple rack, Micropoint brass footers
Three 20 amp circuits. -
