Power On, Lights Off, and Buzzing On

when I plug my Polk Audio I-Sonic ES 1, into the wall.. none of the lights go on, the only thing that happens, is a loud buzzing/humming noise starts up. everything is plugged in right i think,, whats wrong with it?!

    Are you talking about the light letting you know that there is power going to the I-sonic. Or light in your room?

    are you talking about lights in your house?:confused: If so that usualy means you shorted somthing....

    If your talking about an indicator light on the speaker or somthing then most likey you have somthing plugged in incorrectly. Check all connections twice.

    Your I-Sonic needs to come to our service facility, in San Diego. Telephone us at 1-800-377-7655 and we can help. You will need to provide us with the unit's serial number, which is found on the bottom, starts with "AM".
