Ok, who has seen it? I plan on going this weekend, but I wanted to hear from anyone who's seen it already. Was it as good as the trailers are?
I know that the critics haven't liked it, but then again, they have never seemed to like the Trek movies.

Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.

Will they fix those damn shields already ?!

I think it will be their last. At least for "the next generation", earnings dropped dramatically after the first week it opened. Of course it didn't help Lotr opened the week after but the numbers show it can barely reach 50 $million and they only hope dvd sales will have it break even!

I thought it the best of the TNG line-up. Better then First Contact.

I saw it tonight. Not bad, but not great either. It probably is the best TNG. It's no Wrath of Kahn.

I'll admit it. I'm a borderline Trekkie. I'm not happy about it, but what can you do.

Yep, I told you we're Trekkies. Today the lovely wife bought seasons 5 & 7 on DVD. I'd say that the season finale, "All goo things....." is better than any of the movies.

My 2 yr old daughter is the worst. When she dances around to Elmo she puts a TNG videotape box on the floor and dances around it. I got her a TV Guide with one of the hologram pictures on it. She carries it around with her and sometimes dances around this. Just the hologram. The rest of the TV Guide has been discarded. Sometimes it needs to be face-up, sometimes face-down.

We watched it a few times on TNN, but not disproportionally. Now it's mandatory. Either Sesame Street or TNG. WTF?
