C300.2 amp gives me the short/low ohm light.

I honestly don't believe I have a short. I've checked the fuses. I have 12.6volts at both the 12V and remote terminals.

When I turn on my head unit, the red short light comes on briefly and then fades dark. Then it occasionally flickers on and off.

Any ideas?

And, I've not getting any sound out of the sub. The other C300.2 that powers my front speakers works fine.

Disconnect the speaker/s that are connected to the amp and turn it on see if the light acts normal if so your speaker or wire has a problem. Also check your underhood fuse for corrosion, as well as ground wire connection.

My 300.2 just started doing this also! It doesn't matter if the speakers are attached or not, that light will slowly blink. If the speakers are attached, I get sound - no sound - sound -no sound, etc.
