RM6750 Sub won't work

In a bit of a bind, hopefully you guys can help.
I have the RM6750 speaker package that I hooked up to my Yamhaha RX-V861 (I believe that's the model, if not it's one of the similar ones--at work right now and can't recall the model number). I had hooked up my speakers directly to the receiver, and used a simple red/white RCA audio cable from the subwoofer jack on the back of the receiver into the sub. Everything worked great.
I recently moved and when I set up my system again, I'm not getting any sound out of the sub. I went so far as to use the receiver's auto set up, and I heard the test noise out of all the speakers, but not out of the sub (but I had heard it when I ran the auto setup for the first time a few months ago). I used a different cable to no avail. The power is lit up, the volume is up, the low pass is all the way to the right, and I've made sure that the crossover on the receiver is set to 120 and that the output is set to sub. When I was fiddling when the wires, I got some feedback from the subwoofer when I touched one of the RCA jacks, so I know the thing is getting juice, I just can't figure out why the sound isn't going through.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Most of the time we find that the cause, of that kind of problem, is that you would need to go into the receiver's setup instructions and turn the sub-out function on. This is done as a menu choice that's part of the owner's manual's setup instructions.
I hope this is helpful information.
