RTi12 have loose terminals

Both of my RTi12's have loose speaker terminals on the back of the speaker. I was using my old reciever to Bi-amp with banana plugs. Now I have added a amp that requires the use of bare wire. When I installed the jumpers back on to the terminals I noticed that they are very loose and will not tighten. I removed the four screws on the plate and pulled them out of the cabinet only to find that there is no way to tighten that I can see. I put the wire through both terminals of each side and put it on a test run. The left speaker was not playing the top speakers. I wiggled the terminal in the back and it worked as long as held at an angle. Is there a way to tighten these terminals?

Help. Last night I was pushing them hard and the Yamaha AVR started to shut down and displayed "Check SP Wires". Could this be the loose terminals on my RTi12's?55" Sony LCD

If you could upload some pictures I might be able to help; otherwise head over to the troubleshooting section.
