PolkAudio I-Sonic : Loud humming noise when powering on :(

Problem Description
My new Polk Audio I-Sonic (6 months old) no longer works and all I get is a loud humming noise when powering on.

Please Help!

    Hello,
    All you have to do is email Polk at polkcs@polkaudio.com and give them your name, address, telephone number, approximate date of purchase and the serial number of your unit. They will handle all of the logistics for you and get your unit repaired or replaced quite quickly. This did this for a friend of mine and she was pretty impressed. The serial number should be on the bottom of the radio, if I remember.
