    yeah.. im going to have to build something...
    how high you suggest i build it??
    then with the front channels.. i think ill just get some nice black rubber doorstops and aim them up a little bit..

    yeah.. those look actually pretty nice.. if you could get that off the drawing board.... hmmmmm

    mine are just pretty simple.. i didnt really know how long to make my port though... right now its around 4-5 inches back

    id just build em, then get someone to hold them up for u...sit down in the listening area, and tell them to keep highering/lowering them till the sound suits u....

    well the speaker i designed, i picked out every thing itd need, i have everything itd need down in my computer drivers, components, pieces -etc...the only thing that seperates it from the rest is the fact that the speaker is technically split in half, it has two crossovers - and it would take a 4 channel amp to run a pair...lol

    yeah thats a pretty ok idea.. but right now my rears dont really have that much volume coming out of them.. im just using pro logic with the pc hooked up to the reciever

    yeah.. and you should work for polk.. certainly is interesting..

    when i do this though what should i mostly be looking for in the sound..
    just clarity, and balance with the other speakers? or what.

    actually run it in pro logic -- if u hear the surrounds more than the mains, THEIR toooooooooooooooooo loud...turn the surrounds down, try again. If they blend, u hit the jack pot

    can i have 800 dollars f1? thats how much itd cost with mid class drivers, when i become a millionare, ill build them with vifa tweeters, focal drivers, and some reallllllll good crossovers, the design in it self is weird, but awesome - it'll get rid of everyone's WAT issues...
