Which batteries do you prefer in your remote? Which have the most synergy with your system and really make it sing?

I find Ray-O-Vac's to have a very warm and liquid sound.

I usually put batteries in my underwear for a day or so, prior to installation. I swear it makes them sound better.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I like Duracell for my flashlight as well, but we are talking system or CD player remotes here.

I'm going to have to go with my rechargeable Sanyo eneloop low-discharge batteries (for remotes or any other devices). I didn't see Sanyo on your list so I voted "other." Of course, no difference in performance but the the low-discharge feature of these translates into longer periods of time between charges.

Powerex rechargeables. They're like Home Depot 12ga, they synergize with everything.
