So I think I'll be keeping my Carver (unless I get any good offers...) But it has a few cosmetic isses I'd like to fix up if possible. As you can see in the pics, I have two issues (poorly) drilled rackmount holes and medium depth scratches. Is there much that could be done? I would Bondo the holes and paint it black if it wasn't for the logos and such. Would sanding take care of the scratches? What grit? Any other ideas? Someone wanna trade for a clean faceplate (+cash of course)?

Shoot an email to Lasareath. He located a metal fabricator that might be able to help you out.
CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

I wouldn't sand it myself. I'm sure that's an anodized finish, and you'll end up sanding it down to bare metal
My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.
