A New Guru Among You

Listen up, you rat ****!! 'Cause I'm only gonna say this once....
Now that I have elevated my consciousness to GURU status, heres what you can expect from me:
1. more audio snobbery just like my fellow gurus
2. a lot more useless posts in order to acquire over 10K posts
3. aggressive renegade behavior cause now Im above the law (i.e., Polk forum rules of conduct)
4. less interaction with the newbs
In return, I only expect one thing from you: total loyalty and obedience to the Early B. brand of bullst*t. If I say it, so shall it be. Amen.
You are dismissed.

Interesting thought, but it appears that a very large percentage of people here don't even own any Polk products. This has always seemed very odd to me. -

In my eternal quest for truth, I moved beyond Polk products long ago. Those speakers are for the masses, and since a Guru has achieved enlightenment, he has risen above the desires of the common man.HT/2-channel Rig: Sony 50 LCD TV; Toshiba HD-A2 DVD player; Emotiva LMC-1 pre/pro; Rogue Audio M-120 monoblocks (modded); Placette RVC; Emotiva LPA-1 amp; Bada HD-22 tube CDP (modded); VMPS Tower II SE (fronts); DIY Clearwave Dynamic 4CC (center); Wharfedale Opus Tri-Surrounds (rear); and VMPS 215 sub

Here here! Polk Guru is not a title to be taken lightly.
I take my responsibilities as car audio guru very seriously and have pretty much all the specs for the Polk car audio line memorized and can regurgitate them at will when newb's are in need. And Ive run nothing but Polk speakers since 2002.
