It's actually a nice piece if you're into that sort of thing. How any painting at all fetches that kind of loot is ridiculous. Don't take everything in the arts world at face value.
Things are especially shady with these auctions. It is very hard to establish value for works done by unknown artists. You never know who is actually buying and selling a particular piece of work. -
