Also a uh-hum.....Boy George collection of 20 discs and stuff. I hope there's some great tracks of music and other songs in them somewhere. A few discs are colaborations with other artists and music by David Bowie.;)

I think I found some nice CDs today..:D

You must be pretty secure in your macho manhood to admit that!:D I didn't think BG had enough material to cover 5 discs let alone 20.

    :rolleyes:LOL..I am....

    I'M A MAN.. WITHOUT CONVICTIONS..so sings my wife...LOL

I agree with you about the numbers. When the man said the box of cds were his brothers collection of BG and culture club only.I couldn't believe it either. I spent about 10 min. yesterday going thru them just to confirm what your saying. One was a japanese disc, some were one song with multiple remixes. And then the joint studio discs with other artists. Then the two I think we know they made.

I bought the set because I read about David Bowie writing the songs and producing it. Come to find out, there are a few of the discs like that. I juess Bowie backed his career and band for a little bit.
Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

    Purchased a few SACD's recently:
    The Police: Live
    Bob Dylan: Blonde on Blonde
and I took a chance on Five for Fighting: America Town and it is a very nice SACD. Sound quality is awesome and lead singers voice is very haunting. Was not expecting much from it and it turned out to be a gem in the rough!

Another vote for the new Vampire Weekend cd.

Also another one I'm enjoying is the new Black Keys - Brothers cd. I really like this band

Why are we looking to reduce a subjective experience to objective criteria anyway? The subtleties of music and audio reproduction are for those who appreciate it.
