I will be using LSi 9s as my surround speakers. I will need to mount them on the wall behind my listening position. I am looking for suggestions on how to do this- use brackets, shelves, etc. What method/brand have people used? Thanks.

I suggest you return them and get a pair of Ls7's. The 9's are 2 big for wall hanging and they have no factory bracket. They are very deep.

If you must hang them on the wall, I suggest you have a shelves built and built strong. I don't like this Idea.
You can also which we have done with the 7's is have the wall modified so the speaker can sit somewhat inside the wall. If you have a basement with the wall to the outside concrete and have more space, you can built in wall shelves to fit them. I don't like this idea it looked stupis in my opnion. If I had some pic's I would post them of that job. inwalls would have worked so much better.

Inwalls are a excellent choice for rears. They are safe first off, no possible speaker falling on your head and possibly hurting someone really bad and they sound fantastic when properly installed.

Using 9's for rears and trying to hang them on a wall just isn't a good idea man.
