It would help, if you unscrew your driver and look at the model number. It will be on a sticker, usually on the side of the magnet.

I need a pair of MW7006 for some M series speakers. They seem to have both gone out, but the cones and surrounds are fine and the tweeters in the same enclosures are still working. Should I check something else first? It seems strange. Or if there are better speakers I could replace them with, feel free to recommend those as well.

If you have a multimeter you can check to see if the voice coil is open or what the resistance/impedance is. If you get anywhere from 4 ohms to 8 ohms and they match chances are that they are okay. The cones should move freely in and out. I don't think the 7006's suffer from magnet shift, but you never know.
If they check out try bypassing the crossover and see if you get any sound out of them. If you do then something is wrong between the speaker terminals and the driver. If you can't sound out of them something is wrong with the driver.

I will update the list as they sell... if they sell. :)

These are all Genuine Replacement Drivers from Polk. I hope some can find use for these. I have some Tweeters too, although not a whole bunch. I will get those up soon.

Prices include a flat shipping UPS rate for the Continental US. If you are from Canada the usual USPS rate is around $33. The drivers will be shipped in their original packing, which is very rugged. 6000 series drivers will have a bead of epoxy applied around the front plate and the magnet to prevent magnet shift.

    Qt Model Price
    2 MW-4801 $32.00 (Fits CS200 & CS250S) (1-Sold / 1 Remaining)
    1 MW-4802 $32.00 (Fits CS150)
    1 MW-4850 $32.00 (Sold-Shipped)
    1 MW-5523 $25.00
    1 MW-5800 $25.00
    1 MW-5802 $32.00
1 MW-6511 $32.00 (One Sold-SHIPPED - Have another with a rip in the surround, but it is new)
    3 MW-6512 $32.00 (Fits AB800 & AB700)
    1 MW-6516 $32.00
    3 MW-7000 $35.00 (Fits S6)
    1 MW-7001 $35.00 (Fits Monitor)
    10 MW-7006 $35.00
    2 MW-7009 $35.00 (Fits RT5, RT8, RT20P)
    1 MW-7011 $40.00 (Fits RT600)
    2 MW-7100 $35.00 (Sold-SHIPPED)
    5 MW-8002 $55.00 (Fits RT7 & RT10)
    2 MW-8004 $55.00 (Fits PSW50)
    4 MW-8100 $48.00 (Fits LS70)

    TWEETERS
    SL5006 (3) - $30.00
    SL5501 (2) - $37.00
    SL6503 (3) - $35.00
    SL6000 (2) - $35.00 (Sold-Shipped)
    SL6001 - $40.00

It seems like every driver I need for my Polks is not in this batch and I need room. Thanks Scott

Polk sells a replacement for the 7001. Mention that you are a CP member and you will receive a discount. The replacement driver (MW7010) works quite well.

Scootchu hasn't logged on since april. You guys might want to try email or PM if you really want a response.
