Turn off the tube,unplug the computer,the playstation,the radio.Go for a walk,read a book,ride a bike,go for a ride in the country,boating,fishing,visit a senior center and just talk to people.Go to the park and play on the slide or swings,see a play,visit a museum.Life holds so much more than being wired up for the latest info.If the internet failed to exist tomarrow,I could care less.HT SYSTEM-
