Factory Reset

Hi, I have a Yamaha ht5790 and I am unable to get a test tone out of the subwoofer, manually or auto. Some sound when its in the pre front out. Yamaha said that I may need to do a rest to the factory settings. Anybody have any experience doing this? Thanks

Do you have the manual? There should be a section on factory reset. If you do not have the manual you should be able to get it from the Yamaha web site.

My pre/pro has a function in the menu where I can choose "Reset to Factory". And the manual would also help as stated above.
