    When I came back stateside after almost 7 years in Germany, it was serious culture shock. I felt like I was in a time warp. Entertaining commercials, phones that took credit cards, computers everywhere..it was strange, but still "home."

    Guys it was an awesome time hanging out with Grimster. I think next time we should try to gather more Polkies. Grimster welcomed me as a brother and it was an outstanding visit. Awesome home cooked meal(havent had one in 3 weeks), a trip to best buy to hang out a little, movies and gaming, I was very happy with that. Ive been out of my theater room for 2 1/2 months due to this extended trip. So it was great to listen to a nice setup. Those pics in the showcase do his room no justice, its insane in person. Loved every minute of it guy and hanging out with the family was a treat. I will be back in August since I just closed this 3rd contract with the government so its back to the grind. Thanks to all of you for extending the invitation, next time I'll post up so more of us can try to get together. Grimster makes some outstanding BBQ chicken. This is where this forum shines, so many cool peeps here, again a huge thanks Grim and to the rest of you as well. This was one long trip, in the time I was here I hit, Yuma AZ, Dayton and Columbus OH, Columbia SC, Atlanta GA, Houston TX, back to San Diego CA, then off to Baltimore and Hagerstown MD, off to Grims place, and now flying out of Charlotte NC to LAX on to Japan........

    Now to prepare for roughly 17hrs flying................minus layovers............thats the part that blows.

    When you gonna be in Charlotte? You got time to meet up?

    My flight out of Charlotte is 7am Monday morning. Im currently in Florence SC visiting family. I have between tomorrow and Sunday if you want to get together and catch a beer or two. Let me know and I try to get there.
