AYE! In for the XL. I'd have to say my essential recording in my collection is Beastie Boys: Paul's Boutique.

    AYE!

Slipknot - Subliminal Verses. Yes it's hard metal but it's actually very well recorded. Phenomenal album. Also a huge fan of Soilwork's latest album, Sworn to a Great Divide.

Otherwise, I would have to say one of the best recorded albums I have is the Preservation Jazz Hall Band - Because of You. Amazing imaging.

XL (preferable, I'd like the dark blue/grey polo as I would rock it at work).
Never kick a fresh **** on a hot day.

Car Setup: OEM Radio, RF 360.2v2, Polk SR6500 quad amped off 4 Xtant 1.1 100w mono amps, Xtant 6.1 to run an eD 13av.2, all Stinger wiring and Raammat deadener.

AYE! In please! XL is just my size!

Probably not a "reference" recording (couldn't tell you since my system isn't reference quality), but essential to my collection is Los Lonely Boys - Los Lonely Boys.

I like my Keb Mo too, though!...And Carlos live on vinyl! Argh, I argue it IS hard to pick just one!

AYE! I'm in. The size is XXL

It seems that this album is always in play. Doesn't matter if it is in the Jeep, on the MP3 or at home.
I never skip a song. Always listen to the whole album. Always brings a smile to my face.

Couldn't find it on allmusic.com. The image links to the page at Blue Rock'it.

I wish I could add a couple more, but since we're picking one, this is it.
Without music to decorate it, time is just a bunch of boring production deadlines or dates by which bills must be paid. ..... Frank Zappa

    AYE (dammit)

    XL (covers the man ****)

A mix cd I made of my own favorites of mellowness I threw together one Sunday morning out of boredom. Little did I know that it would be the gem that moves me everytime I spin it.
Too many tunes to mention, but it starts with Peter Framtons - Lines On My Face and ends with Neil Youngs - Harvest Moon. The middle is full of creamy goodness.

    Aye

    Large.

Never was a big fan before but I have picked up a few John Cougar Mellencamp albums at the local GW stores. I will say that they are recorded very well and sound surprisingly good for mass produced GW found LP's. JCM "Uh Huh" probably tops my list. Great songs. Heartfelt performance. Sounds great.

    Ar!

I have to say that this was a pretty poor turnout historically so I'm holding onto the extra stuff for another rainy day.

It was a favorite music question and half the active membership never showed up....interesting.

The POLO winners are as follows:

    FACE
    ELOPLAYSPOLO - That's quite funny
    ZINGO
    CUBDOG

PM me your mailing addresses and I'll grab one, pack it and mail it to you. Easy as pie.

To those of you in the M, L and XXXL group.

Shadowofnight....there's no way I can get that man, sorry dude.

Sophie - I'll ask about a tshirt for you since your the only Medium.

Sda2Mike/BottomFeeder/Polkitup/Nikolas/Markmarc - Let me find out what is available and I'll get one to give away to you little guys ;) It will also be a tshirt.

Thanks for playing folks, see ya' next time.

Thanks for the effort Mark.............seems the turn out in this thread was kind of lame, or people already have enough Polk gear ;).

I'll respond to myself....................better luck next time.

Forget what I do for this place as I guess Polk is giving out too many freebies and demos....and members can't take the time out of their lives to answer a simple question, try something new....or even care. I'm just trying to give away stuff....who'd a thought it actually required effort.

To those of you responding late, thanks, that's really cool. To anyone over 1000 posts responding late....why? Whatever, moving on.
