I own the RT5000 Series Speakers. The 2 tower subs have stopped working but the rest of the system works perfectly. How do I diagnose the problem in the 2 tower subs? The center speaker sub works perfectly. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Highly unlikely both amps went kaput at the same time.Check the fuses, maybe you had a power surge and blew them.

    Hello,
Welcome to the Forum. On the RT5000p bass units, are the LEDs illuminated that are on the front of the cabinet?

Do you get any sound of them at all or are they completely dead?
