PSW350 needs repair

I have a PSW 350 that has been abused. I first noticed it was not working properly and suspected it may been the speaker. After further investigation I can clearly see that it appears as if someone (Kid) has hooked it up incorrectly.
The damage looks like someone hooked it up to the RCA hook-up's from the receivers speaker line out. After removing the plate on the Sub I can clearly see that the circuit around the RCA plugs is somewhat melted and under the board is scorched under the plugs and the opposite end of the board.
So my question is can anyone tell me if Polk can repair or replace the board if they still have parts for this model. It looks like I could just remove the board, if not I am willing to send the whole amp. if that's what it takes for repairs.
I am the original owner and purchased it along with the RM6600 and loved this system.
I would just like to pay for repairs unless it's cheaper to just replace with one that matches my system.

I do have all recipts.
I cant say for sure exactly what happened. I am just speculating due to the damage that I found after opening it up.
I did have teenagers in my home at the time when I first discovered it no longer worked and they had inquired about using it for some game before it went out.
I never had it hooked up to the RCA jacks so it pretty much narrows it down.
I got the PSW350 for upgrading for a few bucks over whatever sub came with the RM6600 at the time. -

Hello,
I'm sorry you're having a problem. The material you find on the inside of the bass amplifier's input plate is, in all likelihood, a sealant used to prevent air leaks around the various connections. However, to address the necessary service itself, box up the bass amplifier and send it to Polk Audio, 2550 Britannia Blvd., Suite A, San Diego, CA. 92154. Please include a short note giving us your name, address and a daytime telephone number. The service department will examine the amplifier and telephone you with what they find.
Regards, Ken, Polk Audio
