PSW650 "auto on" not working...

Hey all,
I just bought a PSW650 and it sounds great, but the "auto" setting does not seem to work. I have it hooked up to the LSE RCA connection on my DD receiver, and it won't switch on when I turn on my system, no matter how loud I play it!
Any suggestions? The PSW650 works fine if I set it to "on", and the light comes on and all, but it would be nice not to have to turn on the sub seperately every time I watch TV!!
Thanks - Rich

Call or email Polk CS. There is definitely a problem with the amp if it works fine in the "on" mode and doesn't work at all in the "auto-on" mode.
A long shot, but what is the sub level setting on your DD receiver?
