    scalcano,

I've alerted Polk Customer Support about your issue, but you probably won't hear back from them until Monday or Tuesday. They may want you to send the unit in for repair / replacement, so have your box ready (and a copy of your receipt if you have it).

You be back listening in direct current in no time, I'm sure.

    Cheers,
    Russ
Check your lips at the door woman. Shake your hips like battleships. Yeah, all the white girls trip when I sing at Sunday service.

I really hate to suggest this, as I'm sure you probably already looked, are the batteries in correctly and seated properly? Maybe one is halfway in and not making good contact. Just some silly things to try while passing the time waiting for customer service to open monday morning.

    Hello,
I'm sorry you're having a problem. It might be best to package the unit up and send it to Polk Audio, 2550 Britannia Blvd. Suite A, San Diego, CA. 92154. Please include a short note givng us your name, address and a copy of your sales receipt.
If the unit was purchased at a Radio Shack I believe they are offering service, as well. But, you are certainly welcome to send it to us.
    Regards, Ken
