    Hi Folks,

New to Polk (and loving it) and I am just trying to decide on my centre. I am thinking of going with the CSI A6 to go with my RTI A3s and FXI A4s. My problem is (as stated in this topic) is that the space over my TV is small (Sony 50" DLP).

I see that the CSI A6 comes with a kick stand. Has anyone tried this with their setup? I don't mind going for an OmniMount but I don't know where I can get them in Canada. I am in Toronto.

Any opinions would be gratefully accepted.

...I am also using the adjustment leg on the CSi5 to aim the speaker down. The leg just fits on the back of the omnimount table (about 1/2" to 1/4" from the leg to the edge) but so far no issues at all. Of course Polk's description and picture (http://www.polkaudio.com/homeaudio/products/individual/center/csi5/) of the adjustment kickstand is supposed to allow you to directly rest the CSi5 on the top of the set and use the adjustment kickstand to rest on the back of the TV so that you wouldn't have to use a mount like this omnimount, but for such a behemoth speaker-it just seemed to scary to even think about that. God forbid the speaker vibrates (speakers tend to do that for some reason - you know). I feel much safer with the omni mount.

Check out my full post way up...The CSi5 is basically the same as the CSiA6. I recently swapped my CSi5 for the CSiA6. I haven't tried it, but I am still too scared to just use the kickstand alone. I'd be interested as well if there were any brave souls out there that are using the kickstand for this purpose (other than for tilt on a secure surface)

Thanks for your response. I ended up with the L-Bracket set up and it looks and sounds fantastic. Even my wife said wow!

    Cheers,
