the 2 top drivers stopped playing in both my speakers whatmaybe wrong could it be the croosover or the speakers how can I determine what the problem is correctly

    Questions:
    1) what are you using for an amp? how much power?
    2) what music do you listen to?
    3) how big is your room?
    4) how loud do you listen? (do you have a SPL meter?)

    First comment is: more speakers are damaged by having too small an amp. As soon as you hit levels where you clip, divers are in danger.

    dont have a spl meter
    mostly latin tropical

    Looks like you have plenty of power, so that shouldn't be an issue.

    By the top two drivers, I'm assuming you mean the tweeters? Or maybe the top two mid/bass? In that case you may be observing the fact that the the cross-overs are cascaded, so the drivers that appears alike may not be doing the same things at the same times. If this is the case, then check to see if they are doing anything at all. If they are indeed dead, then contact Polk customer service. They are the best in the business.

    if its the tweets (the little domes), then check the jumpers in the back, if there are none (a metal band linking the top and bottom binding posts), the no power gets to the tweet
