Monitor 10B binding post

My posts are about the size of match sticks with holes the size of needles. Can these be replaced with larger posts such as the 5s have, or with 5 ways, without a major tear apart job? Thanks.

You'll have to look inside the box.
The post itself should be held to the mounting plate by thread and nut. Unscrew the nut from the inside of the box, drill a bigger hole if needed, and screw in the new ones.
You can get some posts by taking apart a new binding post 'plate'. If you have a breadboard anywhere in your closet, that might have some you can use.
