isonic issues

I have had problems with my Isonic for a while, but I have a huge one now. When I go to play a dvd or cd it spools up and then powers down. Makes the occassional feedback noise and other problems seem small. Any others with similar issues?

Zaq,
I have the exact same problem with my iSonic. I had not used the CD player in quite a while and when I tried to do so a couple of weeks ago, the very same thing happened - the disc started to spin up then the entire unit shut down. When I turned the unit back on, it now has a rather loud AC hum or buzz (for lack of a better description). I have had problems with the iSonic before. This is my third one.Bob Karolak -

I have the same issue as Karolak above. Unit was powered off and then plugged back in. Now, it will not power up and all that you can hear is a buzz noise through the speakers while plugged in. I have had the unit only 2 years and it developed the humm a couple months ago and was very prevalent with FM. Now I have a $600 door stop as the thing will not even power up. Any love available?
