    I think whoever did it should not be allowed to attend next year's CES. Who knows what they'll think of next?

    I know a guy who has one. It blocks signals for about 30 feet. I am pretty sure it is illegal and I do not know where he got it.

    I had similar software in my old PDA. It worked great at bars, but to do what they did, that's terrible.

    From now on, most likely every manufacturer at CES next year will be covering up their TV's IR sensors so that pranks like this do not happen...

    I'm not sure if that will work, when I went to the 2007 CES they checked your credentials and required that you bring two forms of ID (such as a pay stub) to show that you were in the industry.

    I know several people that do it without a hitch. They will take a business card instead of a paystub...and paystubs arent hard to make up either.
