RTA 11T Broken Binding Post

I have attached a picture of it, basically it must have been cracked or something, not sure, but I was changing cables the other day and it just broke in my hand...

Anybody have a spare binding post I could buy / know where to get one / or do I have to replace the whole pair?

I have already called polkaudio and they no longer carry the crossovers for this speaker, since the crossover in physically attached to the whole binding cup, I figured it was the whole unit, or if I call and specifically ask for a new binding cup would they still have that?

Any ideas / suggestions are welcome! Thanks.

You can replace just one. PM me your address info and I'll send you an original black one.

This replacement part will of course fix my immediate problem, however after reading the forums a bit I see people have mentioned how they have upgraded both their crossovers and their binding posts and such...well when I had mine open I see there's really no easy way to do it per se, not a lot of room to work with, and I'm very inexperienced with soldering - i wouldn't want to compromise the sound quality with a botched soldering job.

Does anyone out here have/make/offer to sale pre-modified terminal cups with upgraded crossovers? Or perhaps can recommend a shop to send mine to? Just a thought. :)

Thanks again guys, never expected someone just having the spare part lying around but it makes sense

It's not that tough and doesn't really need soldering. You probably should invest in a $10 glue gun. You should be able to pick up a banana jack pair at any electronics store in OP. Maybe even Microcenter but certainly at Audioport at 96th & Metcalf, or you could order a pair for $5 - $8 at www.partsexpress.com.

If your still leery of tackling it, there used to be a small electronic repair place (Daves's or Dan's, I think) at about 81st & Metcalf (East side of street) that will do it for you. You might also ask him if he will "upgrade" your crossovers if you supply the parts.

Here's a couple of pictures to help. The hardest part is peeling off the old dried glue. The "backside" view is before mine were re-sealed with hot glue. Mine are from a SDA2, yours may be different. Still, sticking in the one from F1nut should be relatively simple.
