csi5 bass port

the bass port on my new csi5 was broken. Is there anyway to replace or fix it myself? Everyone seems to be out of these so I can not exchange...
Rti10 front, csi5, Rti6 surrounds, PSW505, B&K200.7s2, Onkyo705.
