Nice find, and nice being closer to your girls, too. :D

Be sure to include in your final contract that the sellers are to leave the air freshener that's sitting on the bathroom sink.

Don't want to see you get screwed.

there were 2,1 in each bathroom.
I thought it was fairly amusing also. The Polk Ogre doesn't always get 'it'

Gotta love the Fixer Upper's! Good steal buddy!

I'm about halfway through with my second fixer-upper... quite a lot of fun. Take your time and get what you want. You'll enjoy it that much longer!

This is so funny...I grew up in Conyers, GA many years ago and now live in Roswell, GA. So where is the house located, on the North or South side of Rockdale county?

Congratulations on the house and good luck with the closing and move!

... There are like 137 Peachtree Streets, Roads, Drives, Lanes, Circles, Terraces ...
... And the rest are Dunwoody's ... Peach Tree Dunwoody ... Dunwoody Peach Tree ... Dunwoody Dunwoody ... LOL ...

This still ain't as corfusing as driving in places like Dallas where if you get on one of the loops you can drive for hours, never make a turn and wind up back where you started ...

Yeppers...I know what you mean. We had a ball player miss a Brave's game here because he got on 285 bypass and went round and round looking for the end. I tell people who piss me off by asking for directions as I'm busy doing something, "turn right on 285 and go to the end, turn left and you're there"......LOL

Well I am taking off this Friday to move my stuff to the new house. I was just looking over the pics, and I don't think I have a good place to set my speakers up. The ceilings have those drop thingies around the edges, and my speakers are just a hair over 7 feet tall. My bud is going to have to drop off his trailer because he needs to get back home ASAP after this run. So I am going to be stuck unloading this thing by myself with a shot out back. I hate moving.

Go to the local church and see if you can hire a couple of high school kids cheap for a day to unload your stuff. Nice house!

Give me a shout too Ben. I may have to jet to TN for work, but who knows for sure. I may be around. Don't cast it in stone but I could more than likely pull together my son and some of his friends. It all hinges on me leaving for TN or not.

I've been there. Don't expect that tool box to be any kind of organized once you get it there, I strapped the **** out of mine and it was still a cluster f$%k when I got up here....Those speakers are going to be a bear to move though....good luck man. :D

Hey E. I was wondering about you. I am packing like a mad man. I have my speakers, and my tool chest in the trailer. I am dreading getting up there. I dropped my fish tank. My buddy looks at me expecting me to be pissed, and I just said "Well there is one less thing to pack!".

Ben and his family have made it to GA safely but the electricity and airconditioning was ripped out of the house so they have to get those things fixed before they can really start living their new lives.

IF anyone wants to contact Ben via his cell phone, please PM me and I'll send you his cell number.
