I recently purchased a Polk CSi5 center channel speaker from Tweeter (floor model). I am wondering if anyone can tell the manufacturing date of this unit by the serial number? The s/n is AM411506961. Thanks.

    CTC BBQ Amplifier, Sonic Frontiers Line3 Pre-Amplifier and Wadia 581 SACD player. Speakers? Always changing but for now, Mission Argonauts I picked up for $50 bucks, mint.

    It might be interesting to know the "Born On" date of a set of speakers, but it really doesn't matter.
    The Csi5 you bought from Frys, being a floor demo, at least means they're broke in.
